Water was getting into our basement through a pipe that we thought was sealed. We started searching through Google for different companies, we figured we'll get estimates and then go with the one we are comfortable with. Mike, from BWN was the first to arrive. He came into our home took a look at the issue and offered the service his company could provide. Mike was friendly, professional and upfront and honest. We signed with BNW same day and paid a deposit. We didn't get any other estimates. Today Joe from BWN arrived to complete the work. Again, friendly, professional, upfront and honest! As we were talking to Joe he told us he had been with the company for 33 years and there are others there with the same amount of longevity. This speaks tremendously about a company. To me this says the company cares for its employees and the employees care for the company. It's rare that you find a company like this anymore. Mike and Joe both made us feel completely comfortable with the work being done. BWN will be the company we call in the future, if needed and the company we refer to anyone that is looking for water proofers! Keep up the great work. The team that did our job, Tom S, Dereck I., and William B were fantastic. Their commitment to quality, work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism were truly amazing. Working in frozen ground, they were undaunted. Pat, who did our sales call and estimating, Amy in the production office, and everyone at this company is top quality. On a scale of 1 - 10 we would give BWN a 12. They did interior french drains on the front, and one side wall of our basement, as well as a major redirecting of exterior water from three downspouts that funnel to underground drainage pipe, which then reaches far out from the house. They had done similar work 8 years ago along our basement back wall and other side wall. That work performed performed similarly well, so we called them back this time when the front water problems increased with all the huge rains of the last several years. We wish we had just done the entire project 8 years ago! But thankfully they are still in business doing great work. And with this level of quality, they will be in business a long time. Not inexpensive, but worth every penny. I wish everyone we deal with on home maintenance projects was this professional and good at what they do!
we had an indoor water feature in our home that was not supposed to be there ,actually there were two spots in our basement wall that leaked whenever we had heavy rains.
We called BWN and scheduled an appointment and was given an estimate and had the work completed in June.
I have held off writing a review I guess I was thinking that this would be another temporary repair similar to the first one that was done by another company years before that did not get to the root of the issue.
Well I am now singing the praises of this company!!
Its now August and no more water issues!!
The technician that did the repair was awesome, the workmanship was excellent. The cleanup was amazing.
It is soooooo nice to go into the basement on a rainy day and not have to wonder if this is the day will will see another puddle. This was the repair that should have been done the first time!

BWN repaired our foundation that had a large crack in it. They were timely, efficient and affordable. Joe worked in the rain one day to get the job done. We were very pleased.

They did a great job for use about 3 years ago! Yes we can sleep through storms with stressing about our basement flooding. Highly recommend them. They were not the cheapest but the best!
Worried to death about a recent leak in my basement, had them come out today ton inspect. Literally in 5 mins, he found the issue and the fix is fairly easy to fix myself. Certainly happy with the outcome and the honest, quick service!
